So You Need To Send it Back? That's Easy.
If you’re not completely satisfied with an item you purchased let us know ASAP (within 14 days of receipt, please). Our team of logistically savvy returns gurus would be happy to help you with a return and will issue a refund in the same form of payment used to make your purchase.

Drop us a line to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and we’ll get you going.
We’ll email you with your RA# and shipping instructions for your return. Please ship your return to the address provided (this may be different from the return address on your original shipment). Package your item(s) securely for shipping. All returns must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Write that RA# on the outside of the package and send it back. For return shipping we suggest utilizing a carrier that provides proof-of-delivery as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be credited. UPS and FedEx automatically provide this feature.
Things to remember...
1. Check the return restrictions, to make sure your items are eligible for return.
2. Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We can't accept a return without one.
3. Let us know you need to send something back within 14 days of the date of receipt. Report damaged and missing items within 5 business days of receipt.
We try our best, but no one's perfect.
If we sent you a defective item, an incorrect item, the item was damaged in transit, or we missed something, please be sure to let us know within 5 business days. We will do whatever it takes to make things right again.
In the event of a return where you desire a replacement item, a new order must be created for the replacement item. Your return will be processed separately. Our Returns Gurus will be happy to help with your return along with choosing any replacement items.
Legal Index Tabs
Due to the unique nature and handling requirements of Legal Tabs, we are NOT able to accept returns on these items.
It’s a balancing act – we understand that sometimes you don’t end up needing to use the Legal Tabs you ordered for a specific case and you may want to return them. On the other hand, our reason for being is to bring you the lowest prices on the largest selection of Legal Tabs available for same day shipping. We just can’t make those things work together. We've tried it and believe me, it’s not a pretty sight.
The balancing part – we also understand that due to the “unique nature” of Legal Tabs, you may make a mistake in choosing the correct tab style. We promise to do everything we can to prevent this…we have some tricks up our sleeve. But sometimes a mistake will slip on by our watchful eyes. In this case we will do what we can to accept a return and ship you exactly what you needed in the first place.
Other Item Restrictions
Electronics, business machines, toner cartridges, hygiene and all other consumable products, and opened computer software products are NOT eligible for return except in cases of manufacturer defect. In addition, we cannot accept returns on special ordered and custom made products (Ink Stamps, Hole-Punched Legal Tabs, Numeric Tabs Higher than the number 2000, Bulk-Packaged Numbered Tab Sheets).
When there is a problem with any order we will do whatever it takes to resolve it in the most fair and efficient manner. If the problem occurred due to a mistake on our part, we will gladly pay for all shipping charges. If a return results from something only within your control, we will refund the purchase price of the unopened, re-stockable item, less the shipping costs. Please understand that when returning a product shipped from us with free standard shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your return credit.
Once our warehouse has received and processed your return, your refund will be applied in the same form of payment you used to make your purchase. Please allow up to 1 week for the processing of returned items. We'll notify you by email when we've issued your refund.
